Minolta Holds Lean “6S” Management Conference for Enterprises

Minolta aims to comprehensively promote on-site management of "6S", enhance corporate image, improve production processes, increase work efficiency, eliminate safety hazards, create a safe and comfortable working environment, and shorten work delivery time. On the afternoon of March 11th, Sui Mingzhang, the Director of the Technical Center, organized a meeting on lean "6S" management in the enterprise, which was attended by senior leaders in production.
