Action description:
①Put your feet on the pedal so that your feet are shoulder-width apart. Hold the handle with both hands.
② Slowly bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
③ Slowly straighten your legs and return to the original position.
● Slowly bend your legs.
● After full contraction, pause for a while.
● Slowly return to the starting position. Repeat the action.
Exercise tips
● Avoid immobilizing the knee.
● Avoid forward rotation of the shoulders or upper back.
