Action description:
①Sit down and place your feet on the pedals, with your calves about shoulder-width apart and perpendicular to the pedals.
② Hold the handle with both hands to adjust the sitting position so that the upper and lower legs are at a right angle of 90 degrees. Start making moves.
● Slowly stretch your legs.
● After full contraction, pause for a while.
● Slowly return to the starting position.
